Feta - A Perfect Cheese for Summer

Feta is a cheese we have all year round but as the days get longer and the weather warms up I start to add it more to the shopping basket.

We don't just add it to simple Greek salads though, it get's baked, added to pizza's and flans, we marinate it to have with antipasto style dishes and have even been known to put in the smoker when were smoking heads of garlic.

One thing I love about feta is you can keep unopened blocks in the fridge for ages, it holds it shape when cooked or grilled and it can be a meat substitue for many meals.

Here are a few of our favorute ways of using feta.
