Oh how I wish it was my garden......

The landscapers have moved in, all around the campus, at the University.

With all the building work finished recently - now it's the turn of the gardeners to preform their magic with plants and turn bare, stark patches of earth into soft colourful areas.

Crates of plants have been brought in and I'm so jealous of the number of lavender plants that have arrived - hundreds of them!

I was having a quick look at this one box it appeared to have 263 plants in it! Think of the poor few at the bottom!

Soon the boarders were transformed......

All done with a smile........and a quick word........I'm not totally convinced she wanted her photo taken......Andrew charmed her!

The variety and amount of large trees are staggering.....

They filled the car park with them!  .......... look at the size of these root balls!.....

A JCB had to be brought in to dig the holes and lift the bigger trees....I'm looking forward to the spring to start to see it all in it's full glory....

Have a great weekend and perhaps I will take some inspiration and get out into my garden.....
